Shipping
I ship USPS priority or first class, UPS for larger amounts, within 3 business days of your order, or you get extra bark. I generally ship Monday, Wednesday, and Friday/Saturday. If I do not ship within the 3 days...... I will add 50 to 100 grams to your order depending on the order amount. Cut off time on weekdays to count as a day is 4:00 P.M. central time. So you order at 3:00pm Friday then that is counted as day 1, if you order after 4:00pm on Friday then Monday would be day 1 since weekends don’t count. As I won’t guarantee to work on the weekend.
I DON’T GUARANTEE WORKING SATURDAYS OR SUNDAYS! Although you may get me to ship your order out if I am greatly behind or you order express. But I have a life as well I like to enjoy..

I am NOT RESPONSIBLE for the postal services actions!!!!! If its marked delivered, its DELIVERED.....I may work with trusted customers on issues, but DON'T expect ANYTHING. If your mail is stolen file a police report, and I will send you an invoice for your home owners insurance....Because I am not the insurance company!
If mail is lost, I require us to follow the postal company procedures. Not doing this and instantly charging back your order, will get you banned. One child didn’t get his express package and I told him to work with postal service and such to make sure his package was lost…and immediately get a charge back from him. If only he had been patient and waited the post offices required time for missing mail….he would have received his order, because the post office would deliver it late, or in this case the piece was actually lost, so I would have reshipped…..But now he is banned…..SEE????????? Just by being an impatient human, you can get banned. My patience is worn, I am tired of toxic people.
Generally I am an easy going guy. I try to do my best to make sure you are happy with your order. I try to be fair, and limit anymore acquisition of negative karma I can. I am working off enough in this lifetime to try to accumulate anymore!!!

REFUNDS/RETURNS
Most cases there are NO REFUNDS or RETURNS!! I have been selling this long enough, that if there are quality issues I will reship. But since I do not know your abilities in working with these pigments, I cant guarantee perfect results…..well I can if you know what you are doing, and do the correct techniques to make the most of these pigments. Because if you email a complaint that all the other vendors bark was awesome but mine was crap you want your money back, and I email my regulars that ordered the same day even as you did and they said it was great, I’m calling bullshit.. especially you can’t even name one place where you bought before ….
And I don’t usually take returns, because as a natural product it has to be stored properly. I cannot resell anything that is returned to me. And so I accept NO RETURNS!!!! Unless it is still in unopened package that you can’t write return to sender on, I will accept that.
Any disputes I usually do a reship of product. If that is still unsatisfactory, and there are numerous complaints, I will refund in those RARE cases. Its happened once in 6 years, and was with a different supplier! Please be patient in any rare instances of issues. Impatience will quickly get you banned, just as fast as asking me to use this DYE to see your little elf friends……
